Election of a State Committee of fifteen members

(1) Adoption of Minutes of 2009 State Annual Convention.
(2) Adoption of audited Financial Statement of Accounts for 2009.
(3) Adoption of State Committee Report.
(4) Adoption of Resolutions proposed by Branches.
(5) Adoption of Resolutions / Declarations presented by State Committee.
(6) Transaction of any specific business duly submitted to and approved by State
Committee.
(7) Appointment of two members of the Party in the State as Internal Auditors until the next State Ordinary Convention.

（1） 通过上届州党员常年大会之会议记录。
（2） 考虑及接纳由州委会提呈的经过稽查之上届财政年度财政报告。
（3） 考虑及接纳州委会在上届州常年代表大会举行以後之党务进展报告。
（4） 考虑及接纳支部提呈的提案。
（5） 通过由州委会提呈的提案及/或宣言。
（6） 处理任何依照党章第17条款规定，並获得州委会批准的特定事务。
（7） 委任2名党员为内部查账，任期至下一届州党员代表大会为止。
